Contrary to popular belief, the govt doesn’t just give away free money to people who think they have a good idea to start a business. Most support to small businesses are in the form of tax breaks, of which you need to have income and expenses to take advantage of including a federal tax ID number.
Try looking for small business loans, you’ll prob have better luck.
